Keith is the founder of the FairLiving Foundation and a pioneer in sustainable, community-led development. With deep expertise in housing, land strategy, and infrastructure, he partners with local authorities and developers to embed FairLiving’s multigenerational model into inclusive, future-ready communities.
John Kennedy
John brings his expertise in managing retirement communities to the development of new multigenerational foundation communities. He will play a key role in forging partnerships with the NHS, Social Services, and local healthcare providers.
Richard Keeling
Richard will support the Foundation in establishing partnerships with local authorities, strategic landowners, and housebuilders, ensuring that the Foundation’s model is integrated into large-scale family home developments.
Sophia Maynell
Sophia will oversee corporate governance and financial accountability, ensuring that funds are managed transparently and effectively in support of the Foundation’s not-for-profit charitable initiatives.

Lucinda will safeguard the Foundation’s mission, values, and messaging while coordinating professional teams to deliver future Foundation communities.
